Summer Feasting: Spoto’s Oyster Bar Unveils New Dinner Prix Fixe Menu
Skip the takeout line and enjoy a sumptuous dinner at seafood hot spot Spoto’s Oyster Bar in PGA Commons. Executive chef Dan Bair has unveiled an indulgent, three-course prix fixe menu, infused with award-winning seafood and fresh, sustainable ingredients from local South Florida farms.
Foodies can graze on an array of “sea” worthy appetizers, including baked oysters, and grilled octopus with chorizo potatoes and lemon aioli, or head to the garden with a beautiful strawberry salad topped with balsamic vinaigrette, red onions, and bleu cheese.
Seafood lovers will reel over inventive entrées such as seared tuna noodle bowl, with sliced tuna, soba noodles, vegetables, and miso glaze, pale ale-cured salmon, and the heavenly shrimp fettuccine with tomato cream sauce.
Feeling adventurous? Your sweet tooth is! Select from a sweet arrangement of house-baked masterpieces, including peanut butter mousse pie and Ellen’s chocolate cake.

and available Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
