MOTHERS LOVE BRUNCH

Make Mom’s special day even more delicious at Avocado Grill

Chef Julien Gremaud loves Mother’s Day. After all, it was his mother who inspired him as a young boy in Saint Tropez to pursue his love of cooking. On Sunday, May 14, he’ll honor her loving encouragement by treating Downtown West Palm Beach moms with a brunch menu created for just for them. And to make every mom feel like a queen – all mothers will recieve a complimentary glass of champagne.

“As a new father, I understand firsthand just how hard moms work every single day for their kids and their families. I’m so proud of my wife. Like all moms, she deserves some extra love on Mother’s Day,” says Chef Gremaud.

Special Mother’s Day brunch specials will include Lobster Ravioli with a bisque sauce and Yellowtail Snapper en Papillotte with quinoa, julienned vegetables and a coconut curry sauce. Mom(and grandma!) may also choose the Smoked Salmon Burrata Salad with arugla, beech mushrooms, beets and tarragon or fresh-from-the-sea Oysters Rockefeller. In addition to her glass of champagne, guests will want to also toast mom with one of the restaurant’s specialty cocktails.

Reservations for Mother’s Day brunch are highly suggested and can be made by visiting www.avocadogrillwpb.com/reservations.
