COCKTAILS AND CRAVINGS: New, Late-Night Happy Hour Menu at The Cooper

Ah, happy hour. That perfect time of day when life is good and anything seems possible. In fact, making culinary and cocktail dreams come true is a way of life at The Cooper, a farm-to-table hot spot.

Enjoying happy hour debauchery once a day is liquid paradise, but twice a day is a gastronomic game-changer. In addition to its regular happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., The Cooper has announced a new, late-night happy hour menu available daily in the bar and on the outdoor patio from 9 p.m. to closing.

Enjoy boozy craft cocktails for only $6, and select from classic Martinis and Rye Manhattans (“made just right”), decadent sippers like the Gold Rush with bourbon and honey, or the Dancing Scotsman. No kilt required.

Guests can satisfy their pre-snooze cravings with executive chef Adam Brown’s savory snacks. The Cooper’s late-night menu features tapas-style bites for $5 to $12 a plate.
