EAT PALM BEACH | BRICKTOP’S

A new face is coming to Palm Beach Gardens. Filling the void of The River House, BrickTop’s will bring an upscale waterfront dining experience to the PGA Corridor.

Slated to open in March 2017, the restaurant will seat approximately 250 people including their thatch roof tiki bar, covered patio, semi-private dining space, dining room and bar area.

The aesthetics of the space take on a slight variation from previous locations with a nautical feel, including warm pecky cypress wood walls, to complement the view of the water.

Kitchen Manager, Brooks Telles, returns to the Bricktop’s team with their move to Gardens alongside General Manager, John Becker. They are currently hiring and have a temporary office located in the parking lot for those looking to interview.

Serving lunch, dinner and brunch, BrickTop’s features dishes like Baby Back Ribs, Bistro Chicken and fresh seafood. They already have a Palm Beach location on the island off South County Road as well as locations in Coral Gable, Naples, Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville and St. Louis.
