Fall/Winter Menu at Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach

This week we visited Sant Ambroeus at The Royal Poinciana Plaza to sample their Fall/Winter Menu.

We were greeted with a signature cocktail, the Mela Verde Flute, featuring hangar 1 vodka, molinari samba, green apple, lemon juice and prosecco in a fluted glass.

After cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres we made our way to the dining room. Chef Marco Barbisotti greeted our table and presented the menu for the evening.

The seasonal additions include a luxurious lobster and caviar, white truffle over fresh tagliolini, expertly prepared dover sole and an array of decadent desserts.

Throughout the meal we enjoyed wine pairings like a 2015 ferrando erbaluce di calusa cariola, 2016 arneis bruno gaicosa, and 2011 giacomo bargogno barolo from Piemonte along with a 2015 passopisciaro chardonnay passorosso from Sicily and a 2016 moscato d’asti blancospina la spinetta with dessert.
