A GOLDEN YEAR: Spoto’s Oyster Bar Celebrates 14th Anniversary with Fat Tuesday Fête

“Life is a journey, not a destination,” said the American poet Ralph Waldo Emerson, on the importance of self-accomplishment. On Tuesday, February 28 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., seafood hot spot Spoto’s Oyster Bar will throw a festive Fat Tuesday celebration in honor of its 14th anniversary milestone.

“We’re thrilled to be celebrating 14 unforgettable years in Palm Beach Gardens,” says John Spoto, co-owner of Spoto’s Oyster Bar. “It’s wonderful to be part of a community that truly cares about and supports one another.”

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy live cooking demonstrations and tastings by executive chef Dan Bair, New Orleans-inspired dinner specials, and a toe-tapping, live music performance by Gumbo Spice. A portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit Place of Hope and its public outreach programs.

The 14th anniversary specials include:

Louisiana BBQ Shrimp

Andouille-Stuffed Oysters

Shellfish Boil

Seafood Jambalaya

Shrimp Étouffée

Complimentary Champagne and King Cake (while supplies last)

Reservations are highly recommended. Loyalty reward guests receive double points on food purchases (happy hour not included). A regular dinner menu is available.

Spoto’s Oyster Bar is located in PGA Commons at 4560 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens. For more information, please visit or call 561-776-9448.
