Nitrogen Bar, Grill & Sushi Now Offering Lunch

The customer is always right, which is why Nitrogen is making some exciting changes to its schedule. Starting in November 1, the deliciously unique restaurant in northern Palm Beach County will open for lunch after customers asked the owner to give them more chances to enjoy the delectable food and cocktails.

Take a break during the day and try the lunch menu at the Asian-fusion-style restaurant Tuesday through Friday. Meals vary in price – from the Heirloom Tomato Salad ($9) to the Bento Box ($16.50), which includes a variety of sushi choices.

Executive chef Juan Toledo creates an international mixture of comfort food for each meal, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. During lunch, savor the Seared Wahoo Tacos ($14 for three tacos), which feature fresh Florida wahoo, cilantro, grape tomato, radish, and bang bang sauce. Or, melt into the Tribeca Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup ($14), which combines Gouda, cave-aged cheddar, and Pepper Jack cheese for an appetizing twist on the traditional meal.

Bring your appetite because the side dishes and desserts featured on the lunch menu are sure to please. Try the Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Miso and Bacon or the Sweet Potato Tempura Fries (both priced at $6). Desserts include Pistachio Cheesecake Spring Rolls and Mango Mousse ($8 each).

Nitrogen Bar, Grill & Sushi is located east of I-95 in the Jupiter West Plaza at 6779 W. Indiantown Road, Jupiter, Florida. New hours starting November 1: Lunch is Tuesday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Social Hour is Tuesday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Dinner is Tuesday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday.
