Garden Party: Spoto’s Unveils New Autumn-Inspired Cocktails

Renowned for its relaxed interiors, provocative cocktails, and award-winning seafood, Spoto’s Oyster Bar in PGA Commons has just launched three new drinks that blend world-renowned tequila, rum, and vodka with fresh, garden-sourced ingredients.

Created by Spoto’s mixologist Shae Halloun, the new autumnal sippers are ideal, cool weather companions. The delectable Watermelon & Jalapeño Margarita ($11) has all the elements of a juicy blockbuster: fresh watermelon, jalapeños, lime juice, triple sec, and silver tequila. The Wild Tea Martini ($11.50) is a glamorous treat, infused with premium vodka, St. Germain, and a rich, tea-flavored syrup. The Grapefruit Mojito ($11), a lip-smacking combination of white grapefruit rum, lime, fresh-squeezed grapefruit, and mint leaves, is a bon vivant’s best friend.

“We are very passionate about designing bespoke cocktails for our guests,” says Halloun. “Our new fall sips are fun and eclectic, and feature fresh fruits and vegetables that can be found in your garden.”

Spoto’s Oyster Bar is located in PGA Commons at 4560 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday. For more information, visit spotos.com.
