One item in this month’s box that I was especially excited to see was the Good Thins “The Beet One.” I love their sweet potato thins and these are a great snack option for me and my daughter.
We love Barilla in our house, so I was also excited to see the pesto sauce and gemelli. I typically whip this up with some chicken for an easy weeknight pasta dish at home.The Mulino Bianco breadsticks were a nice little side and the brioche cookies were the perfect end to the meal.
I’m looking forward to trying the Cauli Rice. I’ve had rice and pasta alternatives and normally find them pretty tasty and an easy way to cut calories.
