AVOCADO GRILL’S REGGAE-DISCO BIRTHDAY BLOWOUT PARTY COMING OCTOBER 15-16 TO DOWNTOWN WEST PALM BEACH

Chef/Owner Julien Gremaud is ready to celebrate Avocado Grill’s second anniversary in Downtown West Palm Beach in big style.

Get ready to spread the love with delicious food and music favorites from Kingston to Studio 54 as the celebration weekend kicks off with a Reggae Brunch from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, October 15th.

Guests can enjoy Caribbean food specials such as Coconut Lobster Rolls; Jerk Shrimp Tacos; and Dirty Rice, and feel-good music performed by Spred the Dub.

Later that night guests can enjoy Avocado Grill’s award-winning dinner menu before the restaurant turns up the volume with DJ Adam Lipson starting at 9 p.m.

“As most everyone knows, I can’t resist a good party,” says Gremaud who was chosen in August one of the Ten Best Chefs in Palm Beach County 2016 by “New Times Broward-Palm Beach.” “We wanted to create a fun-filled weekend so everyone who has been along on this journey with us since we opened our doors can enjoy great food and a great time!”

Following Saturday’s festivities, the celebration continues as guests will be able to “Disco Boogie” right back into Avocado Grill on Sunday, October 16th for a 70’s Disco Brunch from 1-4 p.m. The mood will be extra-delicious and groovy with Mr. Trombone (Wayne Perry), Ryan Anthony on the drums, and DJ German Garcia.

To jive things up even more, one lucky winner will score a $200 AG Gift Card for the best costume.

“We want everyone to really go all out with their costumes,” continued Gremaud. “Its almost Halloween and we want see what everyone’s got!”

Highly dedicated to the local community, Gremaud recently hosted the “Chef Collaboration Dinner for a Cause” to benefit the national No Kid Hungry campaign of the nonprofit Share Our Strength which helps to combat childhood hunger. In addition to his professional culinary success and philanthropic dedication, Gremaud is also a former DJ who understands the “experience” is so much more than just good food.
