A Heavenly Vintage: Wine Pairing Dinner at Spoto’s Oyster Bar

Sea-to-fork hot spot, Spoto’s Oyster Bar in PGA Commons, will be hosting a four-course Gallo wine dinner on Thursday, October 20 at 6:30 p.m.

Inspired by the world’s greatest terroir regions, executive chef Dan Bair has created a menu to celebrate each wine’s unique flavor. The event’s special guest speaker is Stef Geisser, field marketing manager of E. & J. Gallo Winery.

The event also marks the kickoff of the restaurant’s partnership with Taste of the NFL and the Kick Hunger Challenge. Here’s how it works: for every glass of wine sold, Spoto’s will donate one meal to the Palm Beach County Food Bank; and for every bottle of wine sold, Spoto’s will donate three meals.

Cost is $65 per person; tax and gratuity not included.
