Bolay to Open Second Location in Palm Beach Gardens on Friday, November 4

Bolay, South Florida’s hottest new build-your-own superfoods bowl restaurant, will open their second location in Palm Beach Gardens on Friday, November 4 at 3333 Northlake Blvd at 11 a.m. To celebrate, Bolay will be offering the first 25 guests in line a free catered party for up to 10 people at a date and location of their choosing.
Diners can select from a variety of seared proteins and vegan-friendly fresh sides. Bases for bowls include Gluten-Free Cilantro Noodles, Peruvian Quinoa, and Marinated Kale & Currant Salad, and add vegetables such as Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Smoky Cauliflower, and Cajun Sweet Potatoes.
Proteins such as Ponzu Tuna, Caribbean Spiced Steak, Lemon Chicken and Miso-glazed Tofu offer a wide variety of options to satisfy any taste. To top it off, guests can choose from an assortment of sauces and toppings including Cilantro Pesto, Spicy Thai, Minted Tomatoes, Goat Cheese Crumbles and Parmesan cheese. Bowls can be paired with a selection of refreshing cold-pressed juices and infused teas and indulge in guilt-free desserts such as Chocolate Mousse, Peanut Butter Pot de Crème, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, and a berry cobbler with gluten-free walnut crust.
The restaurant will also offer online ordering at eatbolay.com where guests can order ahead of time for convenience. Diners can also take advantage of catering services to homes, offices, event spaces, galas and weddings throughout the greater Palm Beach area. Bolay will open their third location in Boca Raton at the Polo Club Shoppes in January.
