What better place to “fork” in the new year that at the chic, farm-to-table hot spot The Cooper! Sourcing fresh, sustainable ingredients, executive chef Adam Brown has created a decadent New Year’s Eve menu filled with delicious crowd-pleasers and celebratory snacks.

New Year’s Eve hours are 11:30 a.m. to midnight. New Year’s Day brunch hours are     10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner hours are 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended.

New Year’s Eve dinner hours are 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. New Year’s Eve lunch hours are 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and New Year’s Day hours are 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Last Supper: New Year’s Dining at Vic & Angelo’s

End the year on a delicious note at the Italian “soul food” hot spot Vic & Angelo’s in PGA Commons! For the New Year’s holiday weekend, executive chef Alain Zimmer is whipping up a culinary feast that will make you feel like Italy isn’t so far away.

On New Year’s Eve, Vic & Angelo’s will feature live entertainment and a decadent, four-course prix fixe menu, including:

FIRST COURSE

Waygu Beef Carpaccio

Spinach salad, shaved parmesan cheese, and truffle aioli

SECOND COURSE

Wedge Salad

Baby iceberg lettuce, applewood-smoked Neuski bacon, grape tomatoes, red onion, gorgonzola dolce, and creamy gorgonzola dressing

THIRD COURSE

Surf & Turf

8-ounce steak filet and 7-ounce lobster tail accompanied by truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, with red Barolo demi and béarnaise sauce

DESSERT

Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

With a glass of champagne

Not ready to commit? Guests can also choose from a limited dinner menu, which features signature homemade pasta, fine seafood, and rustic, coal-fired pizzas. End the meal on a sweet note and tuck into one of the restaurant’s sweet tooth-approved desserts or sorbet-infused martinis.

The New Year’s Eve prix fix menu is $85 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Limited dinner menu available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
