Newk’s Eatery Palm Beach Gardens in Legacy Place celebrated new ownership with a ribbon cutting this week. The Palm Beach North Chapter Chamber of Commerce was there to help cut the ribbon and welcome the team to our area.
Newk’s is a franchise restaurant business founded by the Newcombs, the team behind McAlister’s Deli. The name and concept were developed around the family cookbook and grew into what diners know experience at their eatery locations.
Serving up a large selection of sandwiches, salads, pizzas and desserts for lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers dine-in, take out, grab-n-go, and catering.
Newk’s prides itself on its ingredients and in-house preparation. Deli meats are freshly sliced, chicken breasts are sizzling and pimiento cheese and chicken salad is being mixed in their open kitchen.
Newk’s also has a philanthropic side. HOW was on site to discuss their partnership and patrons will spot teal items throughout their stores for their work with Ovarian Cancer Awareness, including their teal water bottles which gives back a percentage of proceeds.
Newk’s Cares has raised over $500,000 for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance since 2014.
