- Olive Oil
- Roasted Garlic
- Applewood Smoked Bacon
- Parmigiano Reggiano (Grated and Shaved) High Quality Parmesan Cheese
Prepare Garlic Aioli by blending olive oil, roasted garlic and lemon until creamy.
Deep fry Brussels Sprouts until golden brown.
Fresh out of the fryer, toss in Garlic Aioli, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fresh Chives and Grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Top with Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
