EAT PALM BEACH | BAGEL BOYZ

Bagel Boyz is a local favorite for a quick breakfast or lunch. They are a locally owned and operated bagel shop with a slew of options for breakfast, lunch or a snack. The menu ranges from breakfast sandwiches with eggs, bacon, ham, you name it to lox to tuna melts and cheesesteaks. They also offer omelets and salads. It’s set up counter order and table delivery style so it’s pretty quick and easy or you can fax/call/order online ahead!

Today I went with the Wild Man and I’m very happy I did. It’s essentially a pastrami sandwich with coleslaw, tomato, cheese, and a fried egg. You can get it on whatever type of bread or bagel – I went with the Egg Bagel (toasted and scooped) and thought it was pretty delicious. My friend had the Chicken Salad Sandwich on a Honey Wheat Bagel (toasted and scooped) with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and Macaroni Salad. The chicken salad is nice and simple without a bunch of grapes and nuts and whatnot and you still get the crunch from the lettuce and red onion and the sweetness from a touch of honey. They have a nice set of sides to choose from with Pasta Salad, Gourmet Chips, Fruit, etc.

Plus, they obviously have a ton of bagels to choose from if you like to keep it simple with some cream cheese or butter: Asiago, Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Raisin, Cinnamon Sugar, Egg, Everything, Garlic, Honey Wheat, Onion, Poppy, Plain, Pumpernickel, Rye, Salt, Sesame, Seven Grain, Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomato…
