EAT PALM BEACH | HILTON WPB

We visited the Saturday Poolside Brunch at Hilton West Palm Beach this weekend. And it was everything we had hoped it would be!

  • Custom Outdoor Grill? Check.
  • Brunch Menu? Check.
  • Bottomless Mimosa, Bloody Mary, and Sangria? Check.
  • DJ Adam Lipson? Check.
  • Oversized Pool Floats? Check.
  • Yard Games? Check.

The #ItsOnlySaturday Brunch at the Palm Deck is sure to be a summer favorite for locals and visitors. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, the drinks are delicious and both Manor and Christine The Grill are putting out some killer food.

We kicked off the day snagging some lounge chairs by the pool. I recommend getting there a little early for a good spot (though there is a mix of happenings throughout the Palm Deck so pretty much so every seat has something to offer) or they have cabanas and other reserved seating options at a premium. We ordered brunch to our chairs, got wristbanded for bottomless sangria – and then let the games begin!

Once brunch is up and going there are outdoor bars poolside to enjoy some adult beverages and a DJ booth set up for entertainment while you enjoy the sun. A handful of oversized swans, flamingos and even unicorns float atop the water, first come first served. On the far side of the Palm Deck are a collection yard games like cornhole and ladder golf. There really is something for everyone and the weekend soiree is open to guests, locals and visitors. It was also family-friendly which is nice.

#ItsOnlySaturday Brunch is great for a meal by the pool, a day out with friends, a special occasion in the sun or family playtime so make a trip and see what everyone is talking about!
