A Culinary Christmas at PGA Commons

The countdown to Christmas has officially begun, and the best place to ring the holiday dinner bell is at PGA Commons! Two exceptional restaurants, Prosecco Café and Spoto’s Oyster Bar, will be serving up chef specials and limited menus on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Prosecco Café

Prosecco Café will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve, and 8 a.m. to     4 p.m. on Christmas Day. Guests will enjoy a holiday brunch menu featuring bespoke omelets, handheld breakfast sandwiches and burgers, fluffy waffles and pancakes, and freshly baked croissants and scones from the bakery. Specials include the “Santa Benedict” ($12.99), with a seared stuffing cake topped with turkey and duck sausage, poached eggs, and butternut squash-infused hollandaise sauce. Feeling traditional? Try the “Festive Ciabatta” ($11.99), piled high with off-the-bone turkey, cranberry relish, fresh organic spinach, garlic aioli, and Swiss cheese. Wash it down with a “Christmas Crantini” ($8), a refreshing concoction of housemade infused cranberry vodka, grapefruit juice, and fresh lime. For dessert, try the decadent Nutella Tiramisu ($5), created by Prosecco’s in-house pastry chef. It’s a quick trip to holiday heaven.

Spoto’s Oyster Bar

The award-winning seafood hot spot Spoto’s Oyster Bar will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve, and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Day. Spoto’s regular menu will be available on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day, select from a limited holiday menu, spotlighting raw bar classics such as Bluepoint oysters, littleneck clams, and Maine steamers, Southern-style blackened shrimp and grits, and juicy, surf-and-turf favorites. Diners can also tuck into a 12-ounce prime rib dinner ($29.75), loaded with au gratin potatoes and fresh sautéed asparagus. No festive feast is complete without a thick slice of white chocolate and macadamia nut pie ($8.25), made in-house by Spoto’s resident pastry chef.
