EAT PALM BEACH | PARCHED PIG

The much anticipated Parched Pig opened this week just a few doors down from Coolinary Cafe. Tim Lipman’s newest venture, The Parched Pig is a craft beer and wine watering hole for patrons and those waiting for a table or relaxing after a meal at Coolinary.

The newly built-out and furnished space is cool and inviting with glass tile accents, navy tufted leather chairs, a wood slat wall behind the bar featuring flat screen TVs and Georgia pine tables.

The menu features a selection of local breweries including Twisted Trunk, Tequesta Brewing Company, Copperpoint, Due South and Funky Buddha among others like Six Point and Bell’s. They also offer a vast wine list featuring global whites, reds, rose and sparkling.

With the focus on beer and wine, they have kept the food offerings simple. Gorgeous charcuterie boards are available as well as a selection of toasts including toppings like avocado and shrimp, butternut squash and ricotta and hummus on flatbread. There is a daily selection of oysters as well as beef carpacchio and a small sampling of desserts.

Guests are invited to use the new “Coolinary Concierge” service by putting their name in at Coolinary while enjoying their drink and small plates at the Pig.

Whether you are in the area for happy hour, looking for a pit stop before dinner down the row or simply in the mood for a good glass of wine in a hot new spot, The Parched Pig is open and ready for you.

The Lipman team looks to have another success on their hands and we are thrilled for them.

Well done!
