EAT PALM BEACH | PIZZA AL FRESCO

We visited Pizza Al Fresco for lunch last week. I love the alcoves of Worth Avenue and how effortlessly chic the dining areas are. The outdoor seating area is just that, with pops of blue from the umbrellas and cobalt glassware.

It was a little warm out, so we decided to sit inside by the large windows to get the ambience with the A/C. The inside is casual but beautiful with mirrors reflecting the light and a blend of textures creating an inviting space.

We started with the Cesare Salad. It was fresh and crisp with the right amount of dressing. I loved the toast it came with (I don’t know why, but bread is always a big thing with me at restaurants).

We shared the Pizza Piemontese with mozzarella, tri-color peppers and thin cut sausage. It was absolutely delicious. I loved the color from the peppers and the crust was thin, crispy and perfectly cooked. It had a ton of flavor, but was still a lighter take on pizza. We both really enjoyed it and it was the perfect serving for 2.

The service was flawless. We were greeted promptly, well cared for and had a seamless meal. Considering it was stopping by for a quick biteĀ of pizza, I have to say I had a wonderful lunch and look forward to returning. If you haven’t been, you should go!
